Logan's Run won the 'Golden Scroll Award' by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films, USA 1977 in the categories of Best Science Fiction Film, Best Cinematography, Best Art Direction, Best Set Decoration, Best Costumes and Best Make-Up. As well, the film did well at the 1977 Acadamey Awards, winning a Special Achievement Award for Visual Effects and was nominated for an Oscar Award
